    From fast food to ethnic restaurants, discuss portions and food selection guidelines to build greater awareness about what and how much you eat. Enjoy dining out while avoiding the diet pitfalls.

    Identify your nutrient needs and meal timing to get the most from your diet. Discuss current food myths and performance requirements.

    Take a virtual tour of a supermarket. Recognize factors that influence your purchases, including packaging, aroma, nutrition claims, product location and convenience. Discuss food safety, food quality, and maximize your time spent in the store. Identify choices on a list and discuss ways to avoid purchasing unwanted impuse items.
